I am very proud to be the CEO of the Every Child Every Day Trust. I am privileged to serve the young people, our communities and my colleagues in our three secondary schools in South West London.

At Every Child Every Day we aim to do just what our name says. We seek to harness the power of collaboration to improve the lives of Every Child Every Day. The Board and our schools are determined to see a high-performing multi-academy trust that delivers the very best educational experience for young people, champions all, and keeps continual school improvement (within and beyond our schools) at the core of what we do. 

Personally, I am passionate about providing children with inspiring and safe places to learn, where they feel respected, and where they are able to thrive and lead happy, healthy lives. We are responsible for tomorrow's employees, employers, parents, and future leaders; so here at Every Child Every Day we take very seriously the impact that we can have upon a local area building, a community that supports today's events and challenges the future. We want our schools to be community anchors that ultimately enhance the educational journeys of young people in our communities - from cradle to career. 

We are committed to,  not just being one of the best education providers and community leaders in the area, but also to being one of the very best employers. We want to recruit and develop the very best people in every facet of our organisation. We want our colleagues -  teachers, caretakers, teaching assistants, office colleagues and all working with us - to be excited by their work, to have a sense of true well-being and ultimately, to be the best in their profession. As well as our own schools’ success, we are committed to supporting schools to continuously improve and have had the privilege to have a real impact, at both Primary and Secondary.  From middle leadership support to Headteacher mentoring and from financial turnaround to safeguarding reviews; we are committed to supporting other schools.
