Trustees & Members

Every Child, Every Day multi academy trust is a charitable organisation led by a board of trustees and members. Board members ensure that the trust complies with charity and company law and set the strategic direction of the organisation. The board also oversees financial probity across the trust. 

Trustees and members are responsible for all the academies in the trust. They exercise this responsibility by delegating functions to the local governing body of each academy through a scheme of delegation.
